    I'm not missing the point at all.. I just fail to see how you can claim the "real" Spain is defined by the fact that you don't have any bars or somewhere selling anything other than paella and patatas bravas while deliveries are done by a donkey I'm sure the "real" Spanish living in Seville, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, etc,etc might take offence at your claims!

    'Real' Spain to me is a place where there has been no influx of non spanish people or where any influx of non spanish has not altered, to the determent, the way of life that is the spanish way. It evolves naturally but at slower pace. 'Real' Spain to me does not have fast food outlets, bingo halls, the british greasy spoons, Irish pubs and shops that only sell british goods etc

    This nit picking of the defination of any perception of 'real' Spain could go on indefinately but not on this thread please. Thank you.
