Wife Speak
Having read the post about learning Scottish, I wondered if any of my learned colleagues could help me to master the difficult language of "Wife Speak" after studing at two different colleges the first college for 9 years and the present college for 20 years, I find I am no nearer to understanding the language let alone speaking it. Haven't quite got my head around No meaning Yes,even!!!!
Cannae help you there Laird as my no means no unless I change it to a yesI would hope that in 20 years at same college you can at least read some of the signs and following basic instruction
as for speaking it WELL a man who speaks 'wife speak' hhmmmmm zips mouth !
