Thanks Greg, that's great, where did you find that?

Emilio Garcia is obviously another son - maybe the story about him being bankrupt is actually true, and that everything is in his sons' names. If this is true, it means he's trying to avoid paying anyone doesn't it? And more to the point, he never had any intention of paying.

Is there somewhere in Spain that you can look up declared bankrupts like there is in England?

Also, is there somewhere you can look up court cases?

      Any info greatly received.

      nic.es - Spain's official domain name registrar

If the father put everything in his son's name to avoid prosection then he could be in for a rude awakening. This is considered a criminal act in Spain = prison.

Try e-informa.com for info on Spanish registered companies.

Try the BOE (Boletin Oficial del Estado) for bankruptcies

Also, is there somewhere you can look up court cases?
Also try the BOE or BORME for this

BOE.es - Portal del Boletín Oficial del Estado

      Good luck!
