    Hi,

    Thankyou for your message.

    We want to swap with a UK property, we would consider most areas as if we dont want to settle in the area where the swap property is located then we would sell that and move again, so area not too much of an issue.

    Part exchange would be fine, however, we would want the cash difference in our favor.
