I would part exchange you UK RHD car in the UK for a LHD car from one of many LHD car centres in UK .
Problems with a right hand drive car.
You are always driving in the gutter.
You cause problems a toll paying booths as you either have to stretch over or get out to pay you toll fee.
It is very dangerous for you to even consider overtaking and in turn cause tailbacks.
Again problems paying tickets in car parks causing others to wait while you get out all apologetic to the queue behind you to put you ticket in the machine that opens the barrier.
And lastly but not that important try getting a drive through McDonalds on your own in a RHD car!
You will need a permenent assistant in all the above cases. He / she will have to be able to judge speeds of oncoming traffic, be a wizard a getting change ready to pay tolls, fees. You really dont want to be asking your mrs "is it ok to overtake now love? " you will be there forever.
