What you are looking for sounds exactly like the Urbanisation I live on. It's about 15 kilometers inland from Torrevieja, on the Southern Costa Blanca. 6 Kilometres from the fabulous beaches of Guardamar del Segura. A few minutes drive or a short walk
into the Beautiful Spanish town of Rojales. Most of the properties are detached villas, with gardens and their own swimming pools, although there are also terraced houses in small communities with a communial pools.
At current prices, there are detached villas in the 150k range, some with pools. As well as maisonettes and a few apartments for around 90-100K. The Urbanisation in no way resembles a concrete jungle. There are Swiss and German millionaires as well as ordinary British pensioners such as me living here. Many of the larger Villas have fabulous gardens. My neighbours are Norwegian. Yet just 5 minutes drive away I am in real Spain, where I have many Spanish friends......Just have a look at Ciudad Quesada and Rojales on Google. (Rojales is mentioned here on the Costa Blanca Municipalities.
