Hi we Know the North Costa Blanca for the last 20 years have been going back and forth As Bev Mum and Dad Have Lived there for the last 20 years they have lived in Javea They lived on a community for about 4 years but could not live with the spanish ways a lot of spanish go there on holiday and gang up on the english over silly rules. They live in Moraira And love it once up a mountain now a bit older have moved closer to the town. We also have our own house in the South Costa Blanca in Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa tyhis is better for for us as it is flat as bev has a blance problem we love this area the north is still very expensive compaired with the south if looking for property the south is still bargin city
