We also don't want to move as we're right in the middle of everything, have some good Spanish friends, good internet, don't want the hassle, etc, etc! I think she's mad to even bring it up, she's now saying she'll accept an increase of 10€ - now it's a matter of principle though and I'd rather move than pay 1c more! After the initial contract I've always just kept paying the rent until I want to move in the past, no idea on the legal aspect of that though but it works for me
