      Default Concerned Mother Needs Assistance

Does anyone have a good experience of spanish schools, both primary and secondary, in and around Nerja, Velez-Malaga, Torre Del Mar or any areas inbetween? We are relocating this summer and need good schools for our kids aged 10 and 13. Hope someone can help.

Ask a local estate/rental agent, they will know all the local schools in their area, and if they have kids they will probably send them there.

There are state and private schools, and the state schools make pretty good provision for expat kids from what I have seen.

Try the kyero website too, they seem to have school listings for each area, though I'm not sure how detailed these are.

      Good luck!

We have registered our 2 boys in local Spanish school on Costa del Sol. Before you do it, you must be registered with the local Town Hall in the area where you will live. Our local school is very good and highly rated by ex-pat community.
