Default Will i feel better by the sea?

Hello,I'm here again, wasn't able to answer, because my husband has been taken by ambulance from work, now he is better. In my mind I'm almost sure the sea-side climate, with sea water and mud baths is going to reflect very well on my health, and my husband's as well. It's just because somebody was warning about the humidity and bones problems on another forum,I wanted to get reassurance from more people, and if possible someone with this kind of surgery.I use to be very healthy person, and now I maybe panic a little of this long time pain and need to think about each movement of my body, what normally no one does. And I desperately need to be well,to be able to work full time. The other thing is today's economical situation,my husband got a job here in Antwerpen, and it is scary to leave and look for job in Spain.Anyway, his profession, boilermaker means/in Africa/ he is a person, who works with metal by drawings,he can make tanks, bridges, trailers, constructions for shopping centers, fencing, burglar bars, about anything. He can work in small and big companies,it's just in big cities there is more chance for work/maybe/.Thanks again for your posts, talking to other people clarify my mind.I found this forum very helpful, and people are kind.

Good morning magnolia, glad to read you husband is now okay, quite a scary time for you both. Also glad you are finding the forum friendly and helpful

In the current economic climate to be in work is good, the type of work your husband does must be badly affected by the downturn/ceasation of construction work here in Spain.

A neighbour of ours started his own company about five years ago, making metal gates and house grills etc. He did very well, but since the collapse of the new housing market, business has been slow, and now his house is up for sale, and he wants to return to the UK to work. Make sure he does his homework before rushing into anything he may regret.

Don't be put off. If your hubby is a good carpentira metalic then he has a future. The Spanish like nothing better than a nice wrought iron gate. The fancier the better. When the Spanish build on a plot of land the first thing they build or have constructded is a gate. Its a status symbol!!!!
We had some railings constructed by a welsh man and we were pleased to say the least. Dont be fooled by, we must live by the sea and especially by salt flats. Living inland is just as well being as any, the peace and quiet, natural noises, ie. birds, donkeys, early morning cockerels [2am in my case!!!] dogs and wandering cats! The air is fresh and at this time of year, perfumed with orange blossom. The fact that the sun is shining first thing in the morning is a health boost in itself. Compare both before you commit.
