Need Advice

Hi
My family is thinking of moving to Spain (Almeria area) permanently and need some advice about renting on a long term basis. If anyone can give us any info or contacts where we could find property to rent we would be grateful.

The area we would like to be in is anywhere between mojacar and arboleas and the surrounding area.

Good morning and welcome to the forum. Can I ask why you choose that area ? have you visited it and liked it ? I don't know it I live near Sevilla.

Good luck with your move. Have you tried idealista.com It is an owners direct website so you don´t need to pay an agency fee.

the reason we want to move to the almeria area is that we have friends who have bought a villa not far fron Arboleas and we have spent some time there. My wife will be spending some time there alone so we wanted to be close to friends.

Any info regarding this would be helpful.

I can recommend Kyero as a good starting point for long term rentals...
