    Default Returning Home

Hi all. Are you considering a move back home but cannot afford the price of buying a house? I have a small number of quality static caravan homes in a village just outside Cardiff. Some of you may only want to return for a few years and do not want to make a huge commitment like a mortgage but still want an independant living space. These caravans can be rented short term or bought and have a ground rent. Feel free to ask me any questions. Phil

Hi greg, im sorry i didnt explain myself very well, having read and seen on television what
some expats are experiencing, i thought i would make this suggestion in order to help in some way.
My site is usually full but i am redeveloping and upgrading it shortly and for a brief time
    have those spaces available.
I do not live in Spain, but have lived in Cyprus and the middle east and have witnessed
the souring of a dream, not first hand as we have had good experiance when out of the
    uk,
On closing, this is not a commercial request, its just an offer from an ex expat. if needed.
    Regards Phil.

Morning Phil, your offer sounds like another avenue for folks to look at if they are going home, could be a stepping stone to other things. I would be interested to hear if you get many genuine enquires.

Hi Val, my sentiments exactly, dont get me wrong there are enough people
in the UK in need of temporary accommodation for a few years, but i do feel
a connection with expats, as especially in Cyprus, we knew people in all walks of life who became trapped in a difficult and sometimes lonely position.
we are posting this message elsewhere, though perhaps with a little more reasoning on why we have done so.
I will also let you know if i am contacted by one of your readers.
    Regards Phil.

True, I came across this signature line from a very sound poster on another Spanish forum:-

"the problem in realising your dream is that it becomes reality, and reality is what you were escaping from in the first place"

When you think about it, it makes really good sense.

    Regards,
