This is a question concerning equal and individual rights within the E.U.
with particular regard to certain taxes levied on foreign residents.
Take for instance The Spanish Matriculation Tax(not to be confused with Wealth Tax) which applies to vehicles and boats imported into Spain.
With certain exemptions this is 12% of value.
Is Spain adhering to the principal of equal rights by levying this and certain other taxes on foreign residents?
