Too my shame nooo not much at all. I watch little of any TV. I used to watch a quiz show and for a while some nature programmes in the afternoon.

I think the last time I watched Spanish TV was at least 5-10 years ago....

Was wondering if I'm missing something? I guess not....

It now only works via TDT, right?

LOL... No, of course not... I would never!

That's the internet for you... Creating misconceptions since 1985...

If I remember correct, all that they showed was junk! To be fair, I did once see an interesting documentary on sea level rising...

So what TV services do you Brits use?

When we lived in Switzerland, we got TV1 and TV2, which we really liked... a mix of US and British shows. Now, we have Digital Plus (Barcelona area) and not too many good stations. Looking for the best options. And wondering how to get some US sports.

    Thanks,

We watch Spanish TV all the time, as we don't have a satellite dish! We find that it helps with our Spanish, plus John enjoys football, and there are lots of games for him to watch. I usually just watch the news and programmes like "Españoles en el Mundo" and "El Intermedio". With TDT you can watch English language films and series in the original language, though the series tend to be very old!

I also watch some British TV programmes like "Strictly Come Dancing" on BBC I-player and ITV player via VPNUK. I usually watch them while John is watching football!
