Hi,

Just bought one of the pesky things myself, and not only were the instructions supplied in Spanish only, they barely covered two sides of A4 and half of that was health & safety info of the "do not eat this phone" variety.

So I stumbled on this thread and found the Alcatel site. To cut a long story short, try this:

http://www.my-onetouch.com/download....ish[1].pdf

If that doesn't work for whatever reason, go back to the Alcatel site and do what I did...

The trick, it appears, is not to specify a nationality at all but go straight to the 'Asistencia Al Consumidor' drop-down and select 'manual de usarios'. You can then choose from any phone in their range, regardless of target markets and all that.

Hope it works. If not I daresay I could email you the pdf myself...

Thanks very much, Bueno - my wife will be so pleased to be able to explore all the features on her phone now!

Have a great Christmas and a happy New Year.

We're progressing well now. The main buttons you use will be "OK", which brings up all your menus, then navigate around by opress the left, right, top and bottom of the circle around the OK. Bootom left and right of the circle start and end call respectively. Have a play with the buttons around the OK and you will soon learn how to navigate around.
