The change in UK law which brought about Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pensions (QROPS) was excellent for expats and British people moving abroad. Another group of people who can benefit are other nationalities who worked in the UK and who have retained benefits.
I have, however, become increasingly concerned about the activities of QROPS salesmen, many unqualified and others who don't maintain the professional standards, one would expect, when a UK pension transfer is taking place.

Making it clear, I expect more from the advisers but the concept of QROPS is sound. It is perhaps a subject upon which you might get a second opinion.
