Thread: Wills and Trusts – I need both!

I have a will but all my friends say I should get a trust too. I used to think there wasn’t really a difference between wills and trusts, but after doing a little research I realize now how necessary both are. I was not really happy with the lawyer that helped me draft my will because I don’t think he was very informative or helpful, especially since I had to find out the need for trusts through friends! I want to find a will and trust attorney Any suggestions would be great!!
