Unfortunately the H&S statistics (as are most) are unreliable. For example a person who has an injury that prevents him doing his normal work, can be employed on work that is within his modified capabilities and is therefore not off-sick so he is no longer counted as an over 3-day injury even if his 'temporary' reassignment continues for months.

..and your point is?? If the figures (even though flawed according to you) are calculated on the same basis then they are comparable one to another. The original posting was about the existence of health & safety rules in Spain. However flawed I think they speak for themselves don't you??
