Newly arrived Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts Rep Power: 0	Apartment Insurance Purchased an apartment in a community of 40 others, in Mojacar, last year and now looking for insurance. While the community has insurance, what do I need specifically for my apartment. I let it out during July and August and I use it myself all other times, when I can get out to Spain. Will I need public liability even though I might not let it in the future, how do I cover myself against leaking water seeping downwards to the neighbours below. Any help is welcome Wrixon
