    Your suggestion is greatly apprciated.
I am in the process of planning phase now. I am gathering and collecting data based on independent sources (not real estate agencies) like your good self and other members. I have already noted your site location recommendation.
Thanks and hope to recieve more openions.

Sevilla area great location for ease of movement around Spain, There are several airports in close proximity, a cracking railway network and choice of buses to other cities and around town which I have found clean, punctual and good value. There are many attractions in the surrounding ares to keep you busy when retired :-)

    Hi Va1l,
It seems that Sevilla is considerablly a large town. Am I correct?
    1. Where would be a good or high class area nearby (city outskirt), but not too much rurual?
    2. What would be the panoramic view the city has to offer?

    Thanks again

Buses? yes if you can get the b*ggers to stop. Only stayed in Sevilla once and tried to take the bus from the hotel (at the Olympic Stadium) into the city. Despite standing at the stop and extending mitt, bus went straight past. Crossed road and caught one going the other way (circular route so didn't matter). Our personal impression from that and visits to the US Consulate is that it is not a very friendly city neither in its people nor in its direction signs (there are plenty to various hotels but very few to anywhere else). NB it is a personal impression!
