Thread: Evening from Valencia

We have been here (in Spain) 5 years now & would never contemplate returning to the UK.
Our village is Inland & we have learnt a great deal since arriving, and no doubt have a good deal more to learn (fluent Spanish will come one day)
I have started work this year for the Ayuntamiento & am now learning how the Spanish Social system works.
Spain & the Spanish have been very accommodating as far as we are concerned & the locals are genuinely pleased to see me making the effort to work here (bye & large)

Good morning, I cannot imagine going to live in UK permanently either. I have been here (near Sevilla) for 4 years now. Fluent spanish for me is a long way off ! Good luck.

Yes it can be chilly when the Sun goes to bed , still central heating helps things along (glad to see Gasoilo B dropping in price)

Nice area Val & I quite liked Arcos de la Frontera when we stayed there while passing through a couple of years back.
