    Reading a last weeks copy of the Daily Mail, which I refuse to buy in Spain at 2 euros 20 a copy, and rely on hand downs from my next door neighbour.I saw an article in which it mentioned LOL. and in brackets( laughing out loud)..I had often wondered what it meant, but felt to stupid to ask. Now I know, and can pass on the information to any others who are not up to speed on modern english.
