Right Move INT is on a distinguished road
Default Bogus comments!

I am Darren Slater, the director of Right Move International. I don’t take lightly to this type of forum as there is no evidence or any proof of misconduct by my company. At the present time my company is dealing with very influential investors. You may not be aware but real estate is a very competitive business and obviously the internet is not governed by any regulated authority. We have and would never state that we are part of Rightmove.co.uk and my staff are briefed to explain this to every vendor they speak to.
Although every client on this forum has reservations about our company, has ANYBODY actually lost any money? I can clearly state that no client has lost money whilst dealing with us. If ANYBODY states they have then I would like to talk to them personally as I believe them to be a bogus client and are more than likely to be competitors intent on destroying our credibility.
We have absolutely nothing to hide regarding our whereabouts. We will provide all relevant information to legitimate and serious vendors.
We clearly state to all our vendors that if they are not happy with our sales procedure not to do business with us. I have briefed all my staff not to employ aggressive sales tactics as our vendors and investors interests are of the upmost importance to us.
The information on this website has been forwarded to our legal representative.
If anyone would like to contact me personally, you can by emailing me on: [USE THE PM SYSTEM FOR CONTACT] and mark it for the attention of Darren Slater.
One more comment, you have accused me of registering as 4 people and falsifying user names on this forum, when will these accusations stop? We are very busy and if anyone would like to contact me then please feel free to do so.

Hi Darren,

Welcome to the Absolute Spain Forum!

You are right about the usernames...

There appears to be a mistake there, fact is these three users are the same:

frederickwalter
andreaflynn
Adrian Peters

Your username is NOT ASSOCIATED with them.

As you are now registered on the forum, I highly suggest you take the opportunity to clarify any concerns the members have raised.

Thanks Greg but I'm sure we will never hear of this so called real estate agency again. If they would have legal representatives they wouldn't have such unprofessional documents without any clausules for protection of sellers and buyers and they would have an officiall registered company. We have forwarded all written correspondence of Right Move Int to our legal representative and he had never seen anything like it. We have been dealing with buying and selling in Spain and other countries before and we know how normal sales procedures go and how normal contracts look: a lot of paperwork with many obligations and protections for buyer and seller. We had the paperwork always done with sollicitor and notary and we have never bought a house without inspecting it first nor have we ever sold a property without the seller inspecting it, sometimes twice or three times before sales were final! Nor have we ever heard of a seller who had to pay first! Bogus clients? No, a bogus firm since they are no longer registered in Spain or in the UK anymore. The address in Spain is empty and the English addresses are rental units which are not rented by them. When thay went out of business they sadly fully turned to scamming. It's a bloody shame and I will not stop werning people for those scammers.

Darren, thanks for your post. Can you clarify a few points that have been raised:
Are you regulated by the FSA ?
Are you a member of ANY recognised institutions ?
Who are your legal representatives ?
Who are your investors ?
Are you working out of a back bed room ?
Are your offices in Spain a virtual office.

I guess the onus is on you to prove your credibility. I am sure the other member have many more question they what answering to there satisfaction.

Why do you really require sellers to put up 3000 euro in good faith. You are asking all sellers to take a huge leap of faith to do business with you under the current terms and conditions ( Offers the seller very little protection ) Why don’t you waiver the bond, or you stump it up, as you in the current climate are still potentially making 5% commission (1-2 % in normal for this climate) from every sale. How can you possibly fail not to make pots of cash as all sales are almost guaranteed.
The fact that you are NOT a UK Limited company and are NOT registered for VAT and are operating through a UK bank, I assume not even the tax man would require his share of those profits.

What do you think ?

Well untill so far we have found out that the company is no longer registered, that the addresses are false and that thay operate under several names like Darren Slater, Steve Johnson, James Taylor, Georgina Smith, Allisson. All very common names. No credentials. Not a company our sollicitor would recommend!

Hi I am on the site for the first time after being approached by Right move offering to sell my property. After reading the posts here I am wondering if it is a scam. They made me a very good offer but as yet have not sent me any paperwork.Does anyone have a copy of their contract which I could send to my lawyers before they call me back.
