The other day I was shifting some rubble out of the room were working on. When I dumped it, I noticed that one piece of the "crazy paving" looked a little different to all the others. On closer inspection, the difference was this piece had an inscription, which read,"R.I.P Francesco Aflonso Bla"the rest of it was broken. It seems some of the marble used for the paving came from rejects from the local stone mason. We are going to leave it where it is as a conversation piece for visitors
