Thread: Need advice

I'm new to this site and quite interested to hear some more about the Ebook, Survive the crisis in Spain. We have 2 properties near Alicante and one mortgage which will change to re payment in August next year so the payments will go up considerably. Although now is probably not a good time to sell we are thinking of selling one of our properties so that this will reduce our payments. At the moment we are renting out both of them as holiday lets. Although we are doing very well with renting them out it won't be enough to cover the extra mortgage next August. Has anyone got any suggestions or would the Ebook be able to give advise on this sort of thing?

Hello and welcome from chilly Sevilla area 2 degrees here this morning thanks to this great new log burner snug as bug here.

Was that new log burner a good investment or what? Hope you've got plenty of wood, this cold, wet snap looks like it's here for a week or more

You bet your bottom dollar it was all the better when you get it at a vastly reduced price with subvention from energy company.

It is sunny clear windy and wee bit chilly oot there, just back from short walk with recovering from op dog, lovely day if dressed right.

P'ing down here and 3.9degs; log burner going plus Estufa in the hall plus probably CH when it gets dark. Energy crisis....what energy crisis...keep stoking

Thanks for your feedback. The ebook is actually a pdf file so you can print it out at home or read it on any PC or MAC with the free software from Adobe.

I also sell printed version which can be collected from my office here in Barcelona.
