    Default Instructions in ENGLISH please

I don't have a problem with Telefonica .. so far. Their prices are higher than they are in the UK but a lot of prices here are lower: swings and roundabouts.
I do wonder why, with millions of users of all nationalities who speak some English rather than Spanish, why they don't provide an English language version of their user's manual delivered with the phone?
I buy cheap electrical goods from a Chinese budget store .. and PC and cameras too. With each a small user's pull-out to explain how to get the best possible use out of it. Why can't Telefonica (and other Spanish manufacturers) do likewise?

Telefonica are THE most inefficient and difficult company to work with. Just like BT back in the bad old days in UK when they had a monopoly

There is a site in English here Telefonica in English, Compare Telefonica Phone and Broadband Internet Packages Spain that may be of help.

And if your phone is a Domo if you like to PM me I will email you an English copy of the handbook

Anyone thinking of using "Telefonica in English" should google the name first and see what people are saying about them.

It's so I can quickly scroll down, gal, to find my own meanderings. That too is an age thing. An interesting question thought 10/10 and let's see what others think about colour coding one's printed thoughts.
I shall print this in bright red, just to help you. If it appears in any other colour, gal; I suggest a visit to the opticians might be overdue.
