Default the new garden forum seems cool

i do not know how to start the conversation on the subject of gardens. Perhaps I can talk about my things. I am looking for a vine called Wisteria and there are 3 types chinese japanese and American. All kinds of vines are cool especially grapes. Anyone, a fan of grapes I am always pursueing the process of wines. In the USA, in most areas I have a working knowledge of lots of areas. Recently I drove thru the finger lakes region of New York state. California is tops but very large area. Spain is got to be amazing for the wine growing. Wisteria can be grown from a cutting just snap a branch and put in moist ground.

if you google they will show 3 types if yours are flowering you are doing well and thanks for confirming what I can not proof because I do not have experience with wisteria. But I know were I want to go and do. First identify it s variety and try to add the others two. If you have the 3 varieties you would be in position to reproduce for profit or to share with people to provide a service to the world.

consider your wisteria a investment or a stock but you are the manger. Perhaps one day your wisteria s can be recognised for how well you have managed it and shared it. In Richmond ,Virginia there is a Park (maymont) that is were I got my idea or my goal to attain and expand my holding s of wisteria. I did not visit just saw in a picture while I was at a wine and garden show. The lady who went to google it for me said she grew hers from a cutting. The point is that it is a wonderful vine that people should promote how to sprig them for growth like the bougavillia.

when sprigging it is essential to have root promote and splice with soil and wrapped in alluminum foil. If you do this you will never fail again any plant will work it is so similar to grafting that you will be a grafter it you so desire. As Watson would say elementary my dear or was it Sherlock us Americans do not Sherlock Holmes any more it has faded in our memeory. I guess.
