    Default Sick of Spanish Property?

What adverts have you seen lately that you can remember or that had an impact on you?

Here's one fresh in my memory, the heading reads:

    Sick of Spanish Property?

It catches the attention... It's different to your typical advert... It evokes a feeling and at the same time an interest...

It then goes on to say:

Sell to our Russian Buyers. Dedicated Agent until Sold

It clarifies what the advert is about and invites you for a solution...

What do you think? Got any you have come across that made an impression?

I agree - it looks a very good idea for an advert. Here's a similar idea:
"DON'T BUY IN SPAIN! Unless you like sunny days, fantastic nightlife, beautiful countryside and vibrant cities."

Nice one DBMarcos, but you forgot about the "warm and friendly Spanish people"!

    Good morning

I don't want to start an argument on here BUT let's not tar all Spanish Estate agents with the same brush! It was British estate agents who initially persuaded us to buy at Santa Ana: the developer is still in administration nearly 3 years after the completion date and so far we haven't had a penny of our deposit back! It was a local Spanish estate agent who helped us buy the property we are now living in. We didn't have to pay any money up front to reserve our house - he just told us that "Sue and John" was written on the plan - and we didn't pay a deposit until we signed the contract at the Notary.
