As an Autonomo who will be invoicing into (USA) and/or (Switzerland) do I have to charge IVA and are the company able to reclaim it?

I would think yes but then again it depends on the type of services.

I know that as an EU VAT registered business or autonomo you can buy from EU without them charging you VAT for example.

In any case I suggest you call one of these:

Centro de Atención Telefónica: 901 200 345
Servicio automático: 901 12 12 24

That's the "hacienda" tax man, they'll be able to give you the info and sign you up in case you need to register for foreign transactions.
