This is a big question to answer in a forum, but having looked at your site, the things that jump out at me are

1. I would get rid of the flash intro, as that prevents google from reading your home page, and quite possibly stops other visitors, with slow connections from bothering to wait.

2. You have not optimised the site for the search engines at all, which could benefit you.

You are fighting in an very crowded and competitive market and competing with some big players, but there is no reason that you could not achieve page 1 listing on Google if you research some niche keywords and concentrate your efforts on them.

I can certainly advise you on SEO techniques and give you a programme of things you would need to do to achieve better optimisation.

It might be worth also trying some Google Ads, although if not done properly they can end up quite expensive and ineffective, so be careful with these.

Remember, online marketing is not the only way to promote a website, and many people are forgetting about offline marketing, which can also drive visitors to your site.

If you want to market a company that gets a lot of business from the internet you should try viral or guerilla marketing. I just launched a new website which is 2 weeks old and already getting about 70 hits per day and im just talking about lifestyles really.
I dont use it as a business yet, just having some fun. If you want some advice on directing traffic to your site maybe i can help to
