    Hi Braveheart

I have my own website but it costs me quite a bit to host ect. How do I go about getting a free one I would love to know.

I do agree about restaurant ignorance of web sites I did this page for [now now you know we don't allow urls :-)] Rosalins restaurant on my website for a restaurant we went to in Los Alcazares and contacted the owners to say I had done if free for them and could they e-mail me a menu and I would upload it for them. I have not heard from them!! I have got them on page one of google free there is not helping some people!!

    Hi Val

I can't remember exactly - but (probably due to security on my pc) a message window came up (unfortunately I can't remember the content) and when I clicked 'ok' it disappeared. I carried on with my input and after I had sent it, the window appeared again - this time I clicked 'cancel' and the guidelines came up. I can't be any more specific because I can't remember what the message said or exactly how it appeared. Probably me just doing things in the wrong order or not having read the message properly.

    regards
    Caroline

I have just clicked on a website from the google ads at the top of the page that is offering villas for rent. I clicked on availability for one and the options came up for end of 2006 and months in 2007 since when could we go back in time ???

Personally, I am quite happy that Spain is still a bit behind the times. One of the reasons for many of us to move here is to get away from all the hustle and bustle of blighty and just relax. However, I do agree that having the full address on some ads would help, some just have Calle qué? with no village, town or province which is not a lot of help, sometimes not even a phone number or maybe just a phone number (now which province is 95~) or just a mobile.

The idea of mailing lists (subscribed or not) would be dangerous especially in the hands of those ne'erdowells who would wish to bombard those of us who don't deserve them with trojans, viruses, etc.

Having spent many a day searching industrial estates for what i needed, when i ask why don't you put your name and business on the front, the reply is always the same. "Everyone knows who i am and what i do."
