Default Open a company in Spain

Hello! I have working Estonian company in Estonia, how can I register the same company in Spain but owner's list in Spain has to be wider, what do I need for that? Will it be cheaper or I still have to go from the start as opening bright new company?

      Default Company Formation

Company formation in Spain is not too difficult- if your company is very simple, you need to ask at the tax office and then ask any notary.

Lawyers can assist, or you could use a specialist company such as "formacompany.es" which only charge for the work, and not for the advice.

      Default Easy to do

We also opened a company here couple of years ago, and was stright forward. No problems, very smooth service. Even if you are not so fluent in spanish, can do it for yourself.
      Best regards.

As long as you plan to trade in Spain you have to have a properly registered company in this country.

There are two major limited liability entities in Spain; the sociedad anonima (SA) and the sociedad de responsibilidad limitada (SL). The former is equivalent to a UK or Irish public limited company or PLC whilst the latter is equivalent to a private limited company limited by shares or Ltd.
