I have noticed an increase in the number of companies offering "keys ready" repossesions at 30% of market value for a 10% introduction fee
I have heard of British ex pats dropping the keys of their properties through the lenders letter box and returning to the UK, because they owe more than their houses are now worth, so can't sell and can't afford the mortgage.

Yeah the way prices are dropping, I´m not surprised......its scarey times for sure.....
