I really hope this law comes into force. I really hope it applies to commercial rentals as well. I am sick and tired of being ripped off by Brits who cant pay there way when renting my bar. Last set left me 15,000 euros worth of debts.

Problem is the law may be passed but in Spain does it really make that much difference. How do you inforce it. I had someone who did not pay the rent and said oh well you can take it out the deposit. It is difficult to do much about it.
