    Smile Benalmadena village

Does anyone know what Benalmadena village is like to live in. I have found a great pre school for my son and would rather be close to the centre which is in the village I believe. I don't drive yet so too far out could be a problem for me. Not sure how the public transport is either, any information would be appreciated, thanks. I meant to put this in my last post, oops!

Packed with tourists in Summer, hell of a one way system but a very pretty village. There is a lift which takes you up to the old part. We went to the opening of a new restaurant called La Founte in the square by the fountain a few months ago. There is a good bus service down to all the sights and the beach.
Hope you enjoy yourself and welcome to the forum.
I live in Alhaurin el Grande and quite often go through Benelmadena Pueblo.

Hi, do you know of helpful estate agents to find a long term rental?

Hi Benalmadena Village or Pueblo as we call it is out on its own you would need a car or the public transport. I suggest you look at Arroyo Del La Miel or Benalmadena Costa which as everything you need a good Train service and everything is within walking distance and quite a few schools in the area.It does not matter were you live here you will still get plenty of tourists unless you want to move way out into the country but each to their own

Smile Yes.. Benalmog have 1 month fee but....

I really think That in the case of Benalmog.com, it's worth it, they search for the property that fits to my needs and they take care of the management during all the year, you don't need to argue with the owner about every silly thing, they arrange everything very well I rented a house with them 8 months ago and I am VERY happy, worth any penny.

I arrived to Spain alone and I didn't know anyone here, they found me a house, made the contract, clean it before I have entered, Change 2 single bed to double bed (although the owner didn't want to do it by himself, they offer to do it with out any extra money), the lady in the office ask the land line and the ADSL for me.

Hi Susana, how come you are talking about Benalmog.com? Nobody has been talking about them? It sounds more like you are advertising / impersonating someone else than giving a real review...

We get a lot of wannabes and desperate companies coming on here pretending to be some happy customer and in the end they not only make the actual company look desperate and unsuccessful but also very very unprofessional and sleazy... So better clarify this one before it rubs off bad on Benalmog...

If it's not the case and you are really just giving your opinion, why don't you come over to the Introductions forum and let members know a bit more about you....

The aforementioned .com addy was posted elsewhere on the forum I noticed it yesterday I think. My days are all merging into to one

Really should read the guidelines and use common sense, putting a telephone number up is not wise.
