Thread: Looking for a lumber yard in Benissa / Calpe area

I have a fairly major fencing project to do and want to use wooden post and rail.

Does anyone know of a timber yard where I can get treated sawn (as opposed to planed) timber in the Calpe or Benissa region.

I can drive 30 or 40 miles if need be, but just have not found one yet.

Hello, i suggest you to search near alicante area,there is a lot of places who sales timber , you got a place in front of carrefour market in campello and a lot more in the san vicente area anyway in alicante yo have a leroy-merlin.

thanks for the pointers, will be heading down to Leroys in a week or so, but was hoping someone might know of a local lumber yard that I had missed.

There is a timber merchant on the left hand side of the road into Denia. With another depot just into Denia itself. Sorry can't remember their name. I'm almost certain you will get what you want there.
You will need to speak a little Spanish though.
