Hi we have been trawling the net looking to find a wholesale baker supplying British style products. We have also looked in every local paper we have been able to get a copy of. As we are based in San Pedro del Pinitar it would be much easier if there was a bakery & / or cash & carry around the Torrevieja area, but will welcome all suggestions.
Thanks in advance for any help, but bear with us on replys as we have to work from an internet cafe and cannot access it on a daily basis. Thanks Ted |

You should check out the Spanish alternatives they are much cheaper. There are several great Spanish bakeries on the outskirts of the main village (they make scrummy cakes, sweet breads etc) plus there is a Cash and Carry on the road to Dos Mares. I've not used it so I don't know what it's like |

Hi again. will have a look at the San P cash & carry, been along that road a few times but not noticed it. Looking for Brit products for obvious reason to sell things to the expats they don't usually get in spanish shops. Personally I prefer British style cakes etc. and thought there could be a market. So thanks to both of you for getting back so quick and to anyone else who has any info that they can pass on to me.
