      Hi, Can anyone tell me about any salsa classes within a 15 minute driving radius of San Javier. English or Spanish.

      Yes there are dance classes in San Pedro del Pinatar. Check out the local papers for times/locations

      During summer one of the hotels by la molina has regular outdoor dances at the weekend (the singer is live and its all in spanish). You often see many people dancing until the early hours. ;-))
