h ow much tax would i have to pay yearly if i rented long term in villamartin or urb/la marina

Question cost of living

no i am not a property owner but i might be buying in the near future
but we are thinking of renting for about 12 mths so we can look round costa blanca
we were told that villamartin was nice also urb lamarina

Villamartin is a nice area, yes. Check: Villamartin

As for your question, I still don't understand what exactly you mean. Are you asking about the cost of renting?
