Filled in the relevant "hojas de reclamacion" at the time as I said I have filled all paperwork out and contacted everyone and I agree they should be able to arrange with Carrefour France, but usual get email back saying we are working to rapid solution and then they dont bother to contact anyone.
Just very bad customer service and very frustrating. If as you say I let my sister attempt to sort out in May (8 months after the event), she will probably have to fight for the money back as well, and this eats into her restful holiday.
All I want is them to keep their promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
