Hi Paul & Lin
We have a house in Playa Flamenca, although are still based in the UK for family reasons. We love the area, lots of things on hand and things to do. If you are looking to buy drop us a message we might be able to help Dave and Bev |

We will be out ourselves at the end of January for just over the week. We are currently in the process of setting up a UK property finding agency in conjunction with a major estate agent in the area. Although we are not fully operational at the moment (looking to launch fully in the Spring) we can give you a name and contact details for the agency who would be able to assist in your search. We can also give you details of independent solicitors as it's sometimes not a good idea to use agents 'in house' ones

Hi
I live in Scotland and have an apartment in Playa Flamenca. I think it is a good place to be and would love to spend more time there - good luck to you. |

As mentioned above, renting is a good idea to give you a feel for the area (as a resident) ;-)) Also do you already speak Spanish, if not I'd recommend you learn so that you can read the local Spanish newspapers and converse with the locals......your'll find you get much more out of them if you make the effort |

I have neighbours who have lived here seven or eight years and whose knowledge of the Spanish language consists of asking for two beers and the bill. I don't know how they would manage if three of them went out together. They drink in British bars, eat in British restaurants and shop in British supermarkets. There are also plenty of Britsh Cowboys about when they need any work done.....Then they complain that living in Spain is expensive.
