Hi CDT
I am very sorry we are in the Uk at the moment. Our friends stayed with us for 4 days then we spent time with Bev's family and had to come back for a wedding last Saturday so it was all very rushed. We will be back in the new year so will meet up then.
Can any one tell me any thing about the nut house
It's an old house in San Miguel de Salinas, he does'nt have a licence to sell beer or alcohol, so he sell's you peanut's and gives the beer free. It's always busy.
it could be haha
The new local mini bus service seems great although it is not for you if you are in a hurry. And only 1.10 euros - a bargain.
There are two routes. They both start near Mercadona at the Playa Flamenca town hall on the hour.
The blue route goes via La Zenia and Villamartin to Campoamor - a very roundabout circular route which takes roughly 1 hour to return to the start.
the red route goes via Citrus CC to the new Torrevieja hospital. If it is on time it waits here for 15 mins and then returns via Dream Hills and La Florida.
You can get a leaflet in the Tourist office in the Town Hall.
