Hi,

I've just recently come to Barcelona. I plan to stay here for at least 2.5 months. I work online and unfortunately the apartment that I am living doesn't have wireless, or a viable internet option.

What do I need to get a library card? Can I get one if I'm not a citizen/ don't have a visa?


ALSO, if anyone knows another good option for free internet near El Born I would greatly appreciate it. I am in the process of figuring out a more long term situation. ugh..
