Hi there!
I think that the best experience is going to spain, learn the Spanish basics - also business spanish - and then go to an Erasmus university. This way you learn Spanish at super-speed, you meet Spanish and international people, and you study the subjects you are interested in!
A friend of mine did a business-language spanish course in Barcelona with a company called Estudio Hispanico. She learnt a lot of general spanish, but also the improtant business-terms. After that she went to the Erasmus univerity - UB (University of Barcelona) where she communicated mostly in Spanish, but if she was REALLY stuck, she could speak English!
I strongly advice googling both the university and Estudio Hispanico!
Good Luck!!
