Hola, don't get me started on rentals. Landlords in spain have NO rights whatsoever. so who would take a risk renting there property to holidaymakers or even long term renters. Not me! Do you realise that you can rent your property and put the electric and water in the renters name. Brillient they are responsible for the bills? NOT! If they leave not paying the water or electric, the services get cut of. So if you want to be reconnected to put new renters in then guess what you the landlord have to pay the outstanding bills plus the reconnection. Come on Spain wake up a lot more people would be happier renting there properties if the landlords had some sort of protection.
